Free maintenance services shall be provided by the supplier during the warranty period of five years. No payment will be made on this account as it is included in the cost of the main equipment. This maintenance service will include: a) Preventive and Routine Maintenance: It includes a minimum of two visits to individual sites, which shall be done at least once every year and shall include activities such as cleaning of modules, checking of connections of panels, PCB, DC battery connections and any other activity that may be required for the proper functioning of the system. A proper record on this account, duly countersigned by the beneficiary, will be maintained by the agency. Any spares and consumables required during the period of five years, including the replacement of any components that go bad, will be supplied free of cost by the supplier.

Supply of Double Telescopic Aluminum Ladder.The ladder frame and steps should be made of 1.5mm thick aluminium alloy and the steps made of heavy duty non-slippery aluminum alloy.The top and bottom cap end are to be fitted with non slippery rubber stops .Steps must be strong enough to support at a time weight of 150kg with 1 year warranty as per IS4571/1977.
