| 1 | Supply & Erection of 9 Mtr. long Hot dipped Galvanised Steel Octagonal Pole of cross-section continuously tapered made out from high tensile steel of minimum thickness 3mm with the base plate of minimum size 275mm x275mm x16mm alongwith inbuilt lockable Jn. Box which should be operated with single key with connectors of Elmax/ Connectwell/ Essen/ Wago make for the cable termination and 2/3 terminals and one no. 6 Amps. Single Pole MCB for each luminarie. The Antidoor theft strip 30mmx4mm should be attached with junction box protection. The diameter across from the dimensions of the base and top of pole should be minimum of 175mm x 70mm A/F (Across Face). The size of the poles and foundation bolts shall be suitable to withstand the maximum wind speed / pressure 169 Km/hr. as per IS-875 Part-II. There should be no any circumferential welding on the pole and pole shall be preferably be fabricated in one singal section. The method and material shall comply with as per BSEN-10025 Grade with yield strength of 355 Mega Pascal. The Poles should be hot dipped galvanized in single dip to 65 micron min. confirming to IS 2629-1966 and IS 4759 / BSEN-146. The material and specification of flange plate/base plate shall be as per IS 2062. The street light poles shall be erected in the existing RCC foundation with 4 nos. special steel foundation bolts ‘J’ type minimum 850mm long galvanized M.S. rod of duly threaded of minimum 20mm dia in existing RCC foundation (M24) of suitable size as per approved drawing. The material of steel foundation bolts shall be confirming to grade EN-8 Grade exposed theaded portion of foundation bolts shall be hot dipped galvanized. (The cost of 9 Mtr. long Hot dipped Galvanised Octagonal Pole is including with 4 nos. ‘J’ type bolts, nuts, washers, anchor plates & templates etc.) Minimum weight should be 90 to 99 kg. The make should be Bajaj/ Transrail/ Valmont/ Utkarsh. The Pole shall be got approved from Engineer in charge before executing the work. |

| 11 | S&E of Outdoor type both side with L-key lock arrangement openable M.S. Cubical Pedestal of size 1200mmx 900mm x350mm fabricated from 16 G.M.S. sheet welded on M.S. angle iron frame of size 50mmx 50mm x6mm with 4 Nos. legs of angle iron of same size each of length 600mm with M.S. sheet of size 100mm x 100mm x 6mm thick at the bottom of the legs. The front side and the back side of the pedestal should be openable with hiunged door provided with Godrej type locking arrangements. A 'U' type support made from M.S. sheet of 16 G having width 75mmx 6mm be welded vertically in the inner side of the door to avoid entry of water. The door of the pedestal should be provided with rubber gasket to avoid entry of other insects etc. The top of the pedestal shall be covered with canopy made out of 16 G M.S. sheet projected outside to avoid entry of water. Four No. supporting members each of size 50mm x 6mm thick according to cubical size shall be welded for mounting switcher gear i.e. ICTPN, BBC, Timer and energy meter etc. The Pedestal shall be painted with two coats of P.O. red paint after applying one coat of red oxide. One No. The legs of the pedestal shall be embedded in the 1:2:4 C.C. mixture by digging 1' deep pit of 1' dia.The letter 'M.C.C.' in 4\\" size shall be written on the front door of the Pedestal. The job also included supply and erection one no. wooden plank/ board of size 1’-6’’ x 1’-6’’ and 25mm thick suitable for fixing energy mater including cost of screw, nuts and bolts in cubical pedestal complete in all respect. The pedestal will be housed on RCC foundation, Snowcem and platform of size 900mm deep (450mm underground and 450 mm above ground x 960 mm long x 410 mm wide including sufficient number of DWC pipe size of 51/63mm pieces to facility to entire the main cable and the circuit cable. | 12 | Dismantling of existing Old Steel Tubular Pole 7.5/9/10 Mtr. Long along with Jn. | 15 | G.I. Earth pipe electrode without salt/ Charcoal: DSR 5.2/2022 Supply and laying of earth electrode made out of ISI marked 'B' class earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40mm dia including accessories, G.I. pipe electrode shall be cut tapered at the bottom, and provided with holes of 12mm dia, drilled not less than 7.5 cm from each other upto 2 Mtr. of length from bottom (without charcoal or coke and salt). It shall conform to latest relevant IS Code:-1. It shall have 3 contactors of capacity 40 Amp. each of made BCH, Legrand, L&T or Siemons. It shall be housed in a powder coated 22 gauge M.S sheet cabinet fo its protection. 5.The device shall be provided/fixed in the existing pedestal box in such a way so that it operates at correct time i.e. at rising/setting of Sun. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.1. The bracket shall be made by G.I. pipe of 2” dia with an angle of inclination of 105 degrees to the vertical.2. The bracket shall be slipped over the top section of the steel tubular pole and fixed with 2 Nos. of ½” dia nuts and bolts suitable to hold the pipe absolutely tight in positions.4. The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Engineer in Charge before installation at the workshop where these are fabricated. |

| 24 | S/E of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made from cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia 20”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the group upto 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 12” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box.c) The collar shall be provided with 2 G.I. Pipe of 40mm dia and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the junction box after digg out the cable loops from earth complete in all respects, connections etc.d) The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of Apex paint of superior quality.e) Providing and Fixing junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement. The existing ckt cable loops be made properly connection after digging from the earth and refilling the same position. There should be a terminal Strip (Thimble type) 30 amp, one no. Kitkat, rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminum cable termination. The sheath of the armoured cable should be properly thimbed with the pole for proper earthing. Curing of CC Collar must be done as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect. |
| 25 | PAINTING & NUMBERING OF POLES 10/12 MTR. LONG:- (With Snowcem and Red Paint)Painting of poles above ground level with two coats of Silver paint of Nerolec/ Asian/ ICI duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The pole surface should be cleaned well by removing dust/ rust & other depositions & smoothened with the sand paper/Iron brush & proper filling be made before painting. For numbering of poles the base should be painted with yellow and the number should be written in black letters of 3” in length. The cost includes painting of Danger Sticker in Existing Street Light Poles. The Danger sign's shall be written on each pole on it's two sides with red paint on yellow base to be show to warning about hazard as threats which are essential to safety for General Public.
