Earth work in embankment by Tractor-trailer carriage by manual means in locally available ordinary soil excluding rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and stacking in regular measurable stacks at suitable places including clearing debries, breaking clods up to 4 cm cube, etc. complete as directed. (12.50 % deduction will be made from measured quantities on account of shrinkage)For initial lead up to 1 Km and for all lifts

Spreading of earth stacks over the crest and slope of embankment and places as directed in uniform layer of 22 cm. thick including breaking clods, dressing, ramming etc. complete where necessary including dressing of the embankment, etc. complete as directed.

Construction of whole bamboo single palisading with matured Jati bamboo stacks 7.5 cm to 100 mm dia., 15 cm clear apart 1.20 m to 1.80 m above ground and 1.00 m to 1.20 m below ground with Jati bamboo inclined struts fixed 1.2 m to 1.5 m apart tied with three rows of horizontal half Jati bamboo kamies with cane/wire of 16 G to 18 G etc. complete as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 8.67 nos./Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 2.40 nos./Rm)

Labour charge for filling of empty cement bags to attain minimum filled up volume of 0.028 Cum with filled up size of 0.7 m × 0.40 m × 0.10 m, laying and pitching of the earth filled cement bags including excavation and borrowing earth, breaking clods, filling in bags and supplying and stitching the mouth with jute sutli, etc. complete as directed.
