| 8 | NS Item= Ornamental Canopy with base complete in all respect – with 6 No. Ornamental Design FRP Molded Pillar FRP base pedestal with vertical fitted design having base width of size 260mm x 260mm and height 900mm having 4 no. of size 20mm drilled in the base with hold fasts and having B class pipe of size 88 mm and height 2890mm, the central m.s pipe holds FRP Molded taj 6no of size 260 x 260 x 210mm high suitably mounted at appropriate height complete as per design. Complete pillar suitably grinded and subsequently spray painted with two coats of P.U Paints in required shade. (ii) 12 No. spndred and 6 no. Friezes Floral and Ornate decorative design combination of spandrel and frieze, matched to be suspended between two m.s pillars as per the design. The spandrel (L-Bracket) having length 420mm and height 400mm the frieze (Top Panel) height 250mm and length as per the size of the gazebo. The frieze mounted on m.s tabular pipe frame of size 50mm x 25mm, frieze properly welded to the column pillars at either ends. Complete set of spandrel and frieze uniformly grinded spray primered, spray painted with P.U Paints. (iii ) 3 No. cast iron/frp base panel railing with frame Floral and Ornate decorative design cast iron/frp side railing panel as per design having height of 730mm and length as per size of Gazebo. Each panel top and bottom mounted with mild steel tubular pipe frame of size 50 x 25 mm. The bottom mild steel pipe having 2 nos. of hold fasts in m.s pipe of size 40 x 40mm and length 250mm welded at the base to hold the panel in the ground. Every panel length is as per the gap between the two pillars. The complete railing panel grinded for neat surface finishes spray primered and subsequently spray painted with P.U Paint in required shade. (iv) One set of top frame with Double Finishing FRP Molded Plastic Sheet roof Top frame in m.s tubular pipe of size 40 x 40mm properly welded and grinded. The top frame mounted with FRP molded Sheet of 4 mm thick with top and bottom good finishing (Double finishing sheet) to make it rust proof bent to profile of size 245mm width in -Z- section on either ends fixed horizontally along the length between column pillars. Also it contain FRP Moulded Ball of 14”Dia x 2mm thick at the central top for its beautification. Each sheet enamel painted in red color. Each such sheet properly riveted to horizontal sheets. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oiled sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company like SKF to be approved by Officer -in-Charge. Equipment to be fitted within built limiters to prevent unwanted movements. All open ends of G.I pipe to be coloured by GI/LLDPE caps for user safety.
