| 1 | Providing and installing a mild steel and GRP Pagoda (finishing lamina in 5500 mm diameter), consisting of the following components:i) GRP Vertical and Base Pedestal Assembly:-Providing and fixing GRP vertical elements and GRP base pedestals with vertically fitted design, having a base size of 260 mm × 260 mm and a height of 900 mm, including four foundation bores of 20 mm diameter with holdfasts. The assembly includes a B-class vertical mild steel pipe of 88 mm diameter and 2890 mm height. The central mild steel pipe supports a GRP coronet consisting of six units of size 260 mm × 260 mm × 210 mm, suitably elevated and mounted as per the approved design. The complete pillar shall be thoroughly ground and spray-painted with two coats of PU paint or powder coating, comprising Epoxy Primer (Interseal 670 HS) and PU Finish (Interthane 990) from the Protective Coating Division. The item includes GST, transportation, installation, curing compound, and labor at site, in the required shade.ii) Corbel and Cornice:-Providing XII nos corbels and VI nos cornice with elaborately decorated floral designs, to be suspended between two mild steel pillars as per the approved design. Each corbels (L-Bracket) shall have a length of 420 mm and height of 400 mm. Each cornice (Top Panel) shall have a height of 250 mm and a length matching the pagoda circumference. The cornices shall be mounted on a mild steel tubular frame of 50 mm × 25 mm and welded to the vertical columns along the periphery. The complete set of corbels and cornices shall be uniformly ground, spray-primed, and spray-painted with Epoxy Primer (Interseal 670 HS) and PU Finish (Interthane 990). The item includes GST, transportation, installation, curing compound, and labor at site.iii) Cast Iron / GRP Base Panel RailingsProviding and fixing three nos cast iron or glass reinforced plastic base panel railings with decorative floral design, having a height of 730 mm and length as per size of pagoda. Each panel shall be mounted on a mild steel tubular frame of 50 mm × 25 mm at top and bottom. The bottom tubular section shall include two holdfasts fabricated from 40 mm × 40 mm mild steel pipe, 250 mm in length, welded to the foundation to hold the panel in the ground. The complete railing panels shall be ground smooth and finished with Epoxy Primer (Interseal 670 HS) and PU Finish (Interthane 990). The item includes GST, transportation, installation, curing compound, and labor at site.iv) Top Frame with Dual-Finishing GRP Gambrel Assembly:-Providing and installing one complete top frame consisting of a dual-finished GRP molded gambrel roof assembly supported on a mild steel tubular frame of 40 mm × 40 mm. The GRP molded sheets shall be 4 mm thick, with finishing on both top and bottom surfaces (double-finished sheets), bent to a -Z-section profile of 245 mm width at both ends, and fixed horizontally between column pillars. The assembly shall include a GRP molded ornamental ball of 14-inch diameter and 2 mm thickness at the central top for aesthetic enhancement. All sheets shall be properly riveted to the horizontal supports and finished with Epoxy Primer (Interseal 670 HS) and PU Finish (Interthane 990). The item includes GST, transportation, installation, curing compound, and labor at site. The complete installation shall be executed at site without CC flooring and without a sedentary bench. |
