Dismantling of existing HOT 3 ton Crane & Damaged M.S.Structure by cutting with the help of gas cutter and other required tools & tackles with proper safety of man & material at site. Taking out and putting the old material at safer site as per site requirement.

Supply of Single Girder Electric wire rope hoist capacity 3Ton Lift 15 mtr. along with power trolley, CT brake, limit switch. Make-GLOBE/INDEF/REVA/DJB APPROVED MAKE

Strengthening of existing structure with fabrication. Fabrication of MS structure made by heavy duty material along with full support for strengthening of existing 5 nos. pillar. Making proper alignment and levelling for smooth working. Including the charges of complete welding work, nut bolts, foundation bolts, chemical grouting, tools & tackles and other hardware items as per site requirement.

Renovation of end carriages along with providing & fixing of 2 set of motor and gear box for LT motion including Limit Switch for LT.

Providing and fixing of DSL copper cable , MCB and other required electrical accessories for making connection of electric hoist control panel, LT motors with all safety precautions for smooth running of complete EOT crane.

Erection and commissioning of Electric hoist with end carriage complete at site with proper alignment, complete painting, cartage and testing on load as per Engineer in charge.

Making fabrication of protective shed on top of both side end carriages and on top of electric hoist to protect the machinery from rain and all weather conditions. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
