Dismantle of upper part/Wheel/Gear box of Sluice Gate of size 800mm cutting/opening rusted nut,bolt by gas cutter or by manual Skilled Staff the work includes arrangement of holding the gate.

Fixing of Actuator on the existing Sluice Gate of size 800mm with the help of above adoption plate/kit/Flange with proper alignment, the Work includes Supply & fixing the key grinding, welding, cutting, polishing etc.

Minor repairing/Cleaning of SS Spindle for smooth installation of actuator for sluice gate of 800mm dia.

Making the setting of Actuator Electrical Connection with Actuator and electrical Panel by using the Ferule, Packing etc.

Machining and threating in the stem nut.
