Renovation/strengthening of Globe Make 2 ton Crane installed for lifting of Bar Screen at Batla House SPS.Dis-connection of electric supply from panel and Electric hoist for safely work & re-connection after complete repairing of EOT crane with the help of electrician.

Dismantling charges of complete hoist from the gantry girder with the help of heavy duty labour and lifting arrangement like chain blocks & mechanical arrangement etc. with all safety provisions as the crane is hanged 15-20ft up from the sump & on top of approximately 30 ft deep sump.

Replacement of pendant switch.

Replacement of steel wire rope for pendant cable support.

Replacement of hoist limit switches.

Replacement of mounting studs.

Replacement of Drum/Motor Oil seal housing.

Repairing of bottom hook assembly block by dismantling and removing of internal parts, replacement of bearings, making bearing sheet on the pin shaft on both side by remetling and machining work.

Complete welding, turning, alignment of main drum shaft with its bush & threaded with balancing the drum with counter gears.

Repairing of Electrical panel with required material (contactor, relay & transformer) etc.

Replacement of brake assembly for main hoist.

Cleaning, oil/greasing and compound.

Re-assembling and fixing charges of crane with the help of heavy duty labour and lifting arrangement, chain pulley blocks, hydraulic lifters etc. as per site requirement with all safety provisions.

Repairing/ renovation of damaged shed from one end to another end on top of Gantry girders for safety of EOT crane from rain & other weather conditions.
