Disconnecting of electric connection from motor and taking out motor from its frame to spare foundation in dry sump with the help of HOT Crane after cutting of foundation bolt and removing of coupling tyre of coupling of pump and motor.

Closing of suction & delivery side sluice valves and dismantling the pump by cutting of nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and taking of pump set from its foundation frame to adjacent spare foundation in dry sump. The job also includes providing /fixing of blind flanges on suction & delivery valves for stopping the water leakage.

Dismantling of the existing rusted & damaged MS base frame from the RCC foundation by Cutting the nut bolts with the gas cutter and taking out of the complete frame up to floor level.

Breaking of RCC with the help of power hammer for removing of loose & damaged foundation bolt from pockets in RCC foundation as required for fresh foundation. DSR 2023 Item code : 15.2.1

Removing of the malba from the approx 15 meter deep dry sump and dumping the same in the back side of the SPS.

Recasting of RCC foundation for pump set 1:2:4 concrete as per site requirement including repairing of foundation of delivery valve ,inlet valve as required. DSR Civil 2023 Item code : 4.1.3

Supply of new SS foundation bolt of size 25 x 300 mm of as per site requirement.

Fixing of the new Foundation bolt in pocket by proper welding to MS Jal of RCC with proper support and filling of CC in ratio 1:2:4 for grip of foundation bolt in CC structure and also making wet layer of cement in old CC Structure for Proper mixing and required civil work with proper levelling.

Fabrication of M S Frame made out from 250 x 82 mm MS Channel as per existing size. Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Fixing of new base frames on foundation with foundation bolts after lowering in the dry sumo of the SPS with the help of EOT Crane. The job also includes fixing of Pumps on foundation frame with help of EOT crane and making of proper alignment with suction and delivery line of existing system, fixing of delivery taper and other part with new nut bolts and packing etc as per required. The job also includes proper alignment on M S Frame.

Reinstallation & Refitting the pump set on base frame as per original position with proper alignment and also making all electrical connection etc items as per site requirement.
