Mobilization including clearing of site transportation of all necessary plant and equipment and materials for boring, field testing and sampling to project site.For machine boring.

Shifting and setting up plant and equipment for boring at specified bore hole location, digging of trial pits for utility identification, making arrangements for water, drilling mud etc. and dismantling of plant and equipment after completion of work at each bore hole location on land for machine boring all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring at specified location with rotary power drilling equipment in all types of soil having N < 100 excluding hard rock, soft rock, or medium rock for strata up to 10 m depth from EGL including conducting SPT tests at regular intervals and recovering disturbed samples and preserving the same in air tight sample containers including waxing, labelling, packing, and storing including water charges as per technical specifications all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring at specified location with rotary power drilling equipment in all types of soil having N < 100 excluding hard rock, soft rock, or medium rock for strata greater than 10 m depth from EGL including conducting SPT tests at regular intervals and recovering disturbed samples and preserving the same in air tight sample containers including waxing, labelling, packing, and storing including water charges as per technical specifications all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring in Soft/Medium/Hard rock (N>100 and CR<50%) using tungsten carbide/diamond core drilling bit all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring through all type of hard rock or similar refusal strata (N>100 and CR>50%) using diamond core drilling bit all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Recovering undisturbed soil / clay samples using thin tube sampler of internal dia 75 mm to 100 mm and length of 500 mm to 900 mm conforming to relevant IS Code at any required depth including clearing the bore hole complete and preserving the same in air tight sample containers including waxing, labelling, packing and storing as per technical specifications all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demobilization of all plant and equipment from project site after completing the field works and making good the site.

Backfilling of boreholes with sand and flooding the same with water for compaction all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
