Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft btrushes and finally dusting with old gunny bages and/or compressed air to receive bituminous etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate specific size to WBM-III specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / binding materials filling up interstices of coarse agreegate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge work etc all complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P etc complete.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness using 0.27cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using S-60/70 penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MoRD including cost, lead, lift royality and taxes of all materials required for the work by manual means etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works.

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903.

Supplying & Spreading Moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
