As the commercial proposal is to be submitted in the form of Excel Sheet, the bidders are requested to mention the amount, after calculating the percentage of Service charges on the total sum of salaries of all the posts. For e.g. if the sum of the salaries of all the posts works out to Rs. 5,00,000/- and the bidder wishes to charge 10% (commercial offer) of the said total as his service charge i.e. Rs. 50,000/-. Then, the bidder should mention Rs. 50,000/- in the excel sheet. However, it may please be noted that the bidders are required to upload Annexure-III of the Tender Document in the PDF format by mentioning the percentage of service charges that will be charged by the bidder, as his commercial offer.
