Name and Scope of Work: Tarfelting and Denting of Roof of both 24/96 (Krishna and Balram) Draglines and 20/90 (Bajrang and Matang) Draglines working at site Nigahi Project having scope of work as follows : 1) Removal of old tarfelting and cleaning of area to be tarfelted. 2) Denting of roof to arrest rain water where ever required. 3) New Tarfelting of machine house roof, Operator cabin roof. Maximum Likely Manpower to be deployed per shift : 09 Nos( Skilled 03 , Semi skilled 01 , Unskilled 05)

Charges/ cost for Denting of roof to arrest rain water where ever required ( Bajrang Dragline : 470 sqft & Matang Dragline : 520 sqft ) ,Total Denting Area for 20/90 Draglines: 990 sqft

Charges/ cost of Tarfelting work by Providing and laying four courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third course of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 confirming to IS:702 applied hot @ 1.45 Kg. per square meter of area for each course , second course of roofing felt type 3 grade -1 ( hession based self finished bitmen felt) and fourth and final course of stone grit 6mm and down size or peasized gravel spread at 6 cubic decimeter per square meter, including preparation of surface but excluding grainding complete with ; Bitumen felt ( hession base) type 3 grade-F confirming to IS1322 ( Area of 01 no. 20/90 Dragline = 4716 sqft , Total for 02 nos Dragline = 9432 sqft )
