Charges for unloading counterweight (5-15 ton) from counterweight box arranging chain block and belt clamps, lifting counterweight box to the required level and after completion of belt joint work, releasing the counterweight box loading the counterweight in the conveyor. Assembling of belt drum stand with necessary supports and stiffness providing at conveyor take up area and unloading the drum in the stand. Decoupling the gear coupling, removal of skirt board rubbers and clamps from the conveyor head and tail ends for the free movement of belt while pulling by manually and reassembling the same after completion of work. Uncoiling the belt and laying the belt about 196 meters by using chain block & pull lift arrangements and pulling the belt through wire rope in step by step manner inspecting every wire rope sliding points and conveyor belts. Removing the carrying and return idlers, clampings the belt on conveyor bottom side 2 sets and top side 2 sets to arrest the belt and removing the clamps on conveyor bottom and top side after completion of work. Making preliminary arrangements for providing 1 st, 2nd belt joints and assisting the belt joint works and other allied works. Arresting the belt after laying by using belt arresting clamps at 4 locations and allied works. Trial running the conveyor on 'no load and 'load condition' to check the movement of counterweight, belt sway and carrying the belt tracking work. Cutting and removing the wornout belt from the conveyor and devoluted to stores and allied works including hire charges for T&Ps cost of consumbles required for this work etc., complete.
