| 1 | Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand: eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Back filling with granular materials behind abutment, Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section1200,1600 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked P.V.C. pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V):20H (One vertical : twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section700,1200 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock,soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, complete including setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus / unuseful material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for useful stone of 37.22 (thirty seven cubic decimal two two) cubic metre at the rate of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractors running bill on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Providing laying spreading and compacting by manual means of stone aggregate of size 90mm to 45mm (ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-I to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.30 cum (zero point three zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.08 (zero decimal zero eight) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densityas per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 7 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six crushed stone aggregate 20mm( twenty millimetre) nominal size) on ground or under water including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work and curing complete in drain as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 8 | Earth work in Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling and any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 9 | Prviding and errecting of \\"W\\" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm (three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm (seventy centimetre) above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post. 150x75x5 mm (one hundred fifty into seventy fivr into fivr millimetre) spaced 2 mtr.(two metre) center to center, 108 Mtr.(one hundred eight metre) high, 1.10Mtr.(one point ten metre) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fitting confirm to IS: 1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm (one hundred fifty into seventy fivr into fivr millimetre) long complete clause 810 as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
