| 8 | Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 9 | Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) |
| 10 | Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) |
| 11 | Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting grading aggregates to WET MIX MECADAM Specification in 250mm thick in two layers each layer in 125mm thick including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant. Cariage of mixed materials by tipper to work site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc complete 111,112,406 &900 MORTH Specification. |
| 12 | Providing and laying of Rubberized Paver block 83 mm thick High Strength type of interlocking pavement block in required size of minimum comperesive strength of 40 N/mm2 in Uniform Shape at approved make to be laid in curring bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in top and the rate including leveling the base preparation of subbase with the ston dust 100 mm thick laying out the cut pieces to fit the edge vibrating the paver sweeping transporting loading , un loading and laying the Paver block etc Completed. as per Standard Specification.
