Charges for dismantling by cutting with cutting torch and removing the worn out MS Chequered plate from the structural frame.

Charges for lifting and moving the iron and steel materials and T&P's gas cyclinders, welding machine, etc from ground floor to the take up pulley floor manually to a height of 35 mtr ( This working area in unapproachable and difficult to handling of materials).

Charges for fabrication and Erection by fixing of new plates, positioning, aligning and welding with Structural frame and patch up work.

Charges for lowering and moving the iron and steel materials and T&P's gas Cyclinders, welding machine, etc to the ground floor manually from the height of 35 mtr (This working area in unapproachable and difficult to handling of materials)

Charges for complete cleaning and painting of newly fabricated and erected chequered plates in the take up floor of conveyor 27A with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of enamel paints including consumables, painting brush, wire brush, cotton waste etc. (paint supplied by contractor scope as per painting area.
