| 2 | Transporation of suitable truck/Tractor mounted where only road available , DTH and ODEX / percussion calyx /RC drilling with portable rigs alongwith necessary accessories etc to the site of work and erection of portable rig including levelling of site etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Drilling bores of 152mm dia as per IS 2800-1979 using ODEX (TUBEX) attachment required drilling in collapsible strata , conglomerate, boulders, pebbles, gravels ,silt , clay etc including cost of attachement ,consumable stores, bits , water , POL etc complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 125mm nominal bore 5.00 mm thick MSERW fincut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5mm or 3.25mm dia advani/Oerlikon electrodes with one plain end and the other end chamfered to 50 degree removing paint on the area to be welded , inclusive of the cost of biodegradable and non-toxic foam flush etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. MSERW fincut casing pipe, casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX to be paid separately. (5 X 80 = 400 Meters) |
| 4 | (iii) Supplying and lowering of IS marked I25mm nominal bore, 5.00mm thick fincut MSERW casing pipes as per IS 4270-2001 and requirment of ODEX attachment from approved manufactures complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (5 X 80 = 400 Rmt.) |
| 5 | Collection and preservation of soil samples in polythene bags complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Development of bore well and yield testing with Air compressor through V-notch and disinfection etc. complete in all respect as per IS-2800-1979 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Supplying and Errection of 1 No. submersible pumping set of reputed make such as KSB/Clama/Jyoti/ BS conforming to BIS 8034-1976 (latest with upto date ammendments) suitable for operath on under mentioned characterstics complete as per manufactor standard including required accessories coupled directely to submersible motor suitable for operation 220 volts single phase 50 HZAC supply minimum classs (B) insulation. The power of the motor should be 10% in excess of maximum powers required by the pump in the complete range of ( - ) 25% and + 40% of duty point head. The motor should be conforming to BIS-325-1979 and latest with upto date amendments and also complete earthing with copper strips as per HPSEB rules and IS code 3043-1966 of latest. The pump sets should be capable of following performance. |

| 9 | Providing and Fixing M.S. angle and M.S. sheet febricated box having size of 40x 40x 5 mm mm including locking arrangment/duly painted and supplying of suitable controlled pannel comprising of following. (i) Ammeter of Havell/Automatic make of 0.15 Amp. Range conforming to relevant IS Code =1 No. (ii) Voltameter of Havell/Auto maatic/make of 0.300 volts ranges conforming to relevent IS code=1 No. (iii) ITCP switch of kilburn/ L&T standard/ Havels make of suitable capacity confirming to relevents IS Code-No. 1MCB slector switch = 1 No. (iv) D.O.L. starter of kilburn/ L&T standard/ Havels make of suitable capacity confirming to relevents IS Code-No. 1= 1 No. (v) overload relay of suitable capacity and reputed make = 1 Nos. | 10 | Supply and Fixing of joint less flat submersible cable of suitable size of 3x2.5mm2 upto required length as per site conditions complete in all respect including all leads and lifts. |
| 11 | P/L jointing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (polyprophlane random co polymer ) 32mm dia pipe UV stablized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply i/c all PP-R plan and brass threaded polyprophline random fitting complete to ISI -15801 -2010 and testing of point i/c high steel carbon rope size 5mm thick for holding of submersible pump set complete in all respect. |
