Fabrication and welding of cooling water line from DM Plant up to Main Control Room jumpover. Size : 350 NB, Sch 40.

Painting of the fabricated cooling water pipe line with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer and two coats of acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish paint after surface preparation by shot blasting to SA2.5 surface finish. The cost shall include the price of consumables, materials, labour, scaffoldings etc.

Fabrication of CS/ LTCS pipelines having different thickness with necessary fittings, valves, etc. for repair / replacement of damaged pipelines / installing new lines / modification / re-routing etc. of various pipelines in HYAM & UTILITIES area. Size of pipes up to and including 40 NB at all locations and elevations. The activity also includes painting of the fabricated pipe line with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer and two coats of acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish paint / two coat of heat resistant aluminium paint after thorough cleaning.

Erection/ dismantling of CS pipeline having different thickness with necessary pipe fittings, valves, etc. at all locations and elevations in HYAM & UTILITIES area. Sizes of pipes up to and including 350 NB.

Radiography of weld joints on pipe of various thickness

Assistance for various mechanical works (In Man days of 8 hour shift) in different category such as millwright fitters, pipe fitters, riggers & IBR qualified welders according to the requirement for machinery repair, pipe line work & all type of rigging works in connection with the maintenance activities in Petro Plants.
