Job Work for Successful Repairing of All type of Handpump without material.

Minor Repair without unlowering and lowering of assembly pipes (Replacement or Repair of Chain, Handle, Handle Assembly, Water Tank, Bearing, Greasing etc.including welding and lathe work if any.)

Major Repair with unlowering and lowering of 32/ 50 mm GI pipes assembly including minor repair if any. Work also includes transportation of all material from store to work point and depositing unservicable material to store. Work can be done by lowering machine/ chain pulley/ any system.

Repair of handpump when pipe assembly is jammed/fallen in the bore and to be taken out with help of tripod and chain pulley block etc.

Construction of 185 cm. dia platform as per approved design & drawing of UNICEF.

Cutting & threading of various size of G.I. pipes. 32 mm dia

Repairing of groove for handle movement of head of Handpump by replacing piece of distorted sheet

Repalcement of damaged top or bottom plate by 6 mm thick MS Plate of water chamber of Handpump including cutting of sheet, making holes, welding, grinding etc. complete job. MS plate shall be provided by the contractor.

Repalcement of damaged riser pipe holder of water chamber of Handpump including cutting, welding, grinding etc. complete job

Repairing of handle of handpumps by filling iron in the distorted section by welding & grinding the filled material to make it in original shape

Repairing or replacement of damaged bearing housing of handle of Handpump including welding, grinding for making proper bearing sheet etc. complete job

Supply of Gap pieces to raise handpumps by fixing 6 mm thick base plates on both sides on 150 mm MS pipe including making proper holes on both plates, welding , grinding etc. The length of the 150 mm pipe used not be more than 30 cm.
