OD54939/2025-2026:Annual One Time Maintenance Service Contract For Diesel Powered Electric Generator 160 KVA at the site by an authorized company technician, including <br>1.Checking, Overall condition/appearance of equipment (controls, leaks, loose wires).<br>2. change all fuel and oil filters in this contract and if required change the belts and the amount will be paid separately.<br>3. Inspect and adjust rack on unit injector or fuel distributor pump according to manufacturer's instructions. Check injector pump and injectors and verify flow rate, pressure, and spray pattern. <br>4. Adjust the governor for proper operating speed if required.<br>5. Flush cooling system and check hoses. Replace hoses if required by COR. Replace coolant by the contractor and hose if required and the payment for that items will be made separately. I<br>6. Brush and clean the coolant heat exchanger, in and out and painted the outer metal cover.<br> 7. Tighten control and power wiring connections.<br> 8. Check the calibration of voltage-sensing relays/devices.<br> 9. Change Lubricating oil. Review the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for proper disposal of used oil. (the charge for the oil given separately)<br>101. Inspect and clean generator rotor, stator, exciter and battery Charger etc.<br>11. Check the vibration of the Engine.<br>12. Clean voltage regulator, and control panel etc <br>13. Measure and record resistance reading of generator windings with insulation tester (Megger).. <br><br>14. Inspect safety shutdown devices. This includes simulated faults on low oil pressure cut-off, high water temperature cut-off, over-speed cut-off and failed start.<br><br>15. Check generator bearings and bearing grease. Lubricate in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. <br>16. Visually check bus bars, bracing, and feeder connections for cleanliness and signs of overheating. <br>17. Perform other work prescribed by the manufacturer and reported Overall Condition Assessment of the DG set.<br>18Run generator set (under load) to check voltage, check frequency, check instrument system and make adjustments.<br>19. Clean generator room/cabin and remove all debris.<br><br>as per the manufactures checklist and make the unit a good working condition.
