Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soils including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m as directed including trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water etc. all complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 m.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete.(a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Plum concrete work with 40 % cement concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60 % stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any. (i) (1:3:6) proportion

Removal of rubbish,earth etc from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound in conforming with the Muncipality/Corporation Rules for such disposal,loading into trucks and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Enginner in charge.

Hire and Labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stoutprops and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slab, beams and columns,lintels curved or straight including fitting & fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face.
