Supply, conveyance, testing and commissioning of 125 KVA -D.G Set with Kirloskar / Cummins make engine (Meeting latest CPCB Emission & Noise Compliant) developing minimum 156 Bhp, Liquid cooled coupledwith KOEL/Stamford make 125 kVA (100 kW) 3 Phase, 415V,1500 RPM alternator, Control Panel suitable for connecting to ATS, Energy meter with CT and Base Frame,EFR, FuelTank, Battery with leads,Battery charger with wiring and other accessories with type approved integral KG Canopy as a complete set Including First fill of lube oil,minimum diesel for first fill and Engine safeties–LLOP, CHT (Generator Set shall confirm all the standards of Electrical Inspectorate Department Kerala) including unloading and fixing in position on foundation including suitable foundation for fixing DG set at site complete as requires.CT,EFR & Energy meter testing from Electrical inspectorate under scope of supplier

Supply, providing and clamping exhaust pipe extension of suitable size and wall thickness 5mm with mineral wool insulation and Al Cladding at relevant places.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe3 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Supply and drawing earthing conductors of the following sizes for DG set earthing in complete and giving connection as required 25x3 mm Cu strip

Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armouredaluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps notedalong with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making E good thedamages, colour washing etc. as required.3.5 core 150 sq mm with factory madeclamp icluding termination at both ends.

Provision for preparation of whole scheme,complete Scheme approval,Arranging Site Inspection,Getting sanction from Electrical Inspectorate Kerala.
