Complete pole shall be treated with high quality epoxy zinc rich primer and thereafter coated with MRF Polyurethane paint (marine grade) of minimum average DFT of 100 microns (Total thickness 165 micron). The column to be painted in MRF antique copper finish/ golden as directed by the Engineer in charge The pole shall be of composite construction designed to withstand a wind load corresponding to a basic wind speed of 169kmph without any deformation or damage to the structure. Including foundation bolt. The pipe shall be sourced only from Tata Steel or JSW. A valid certificate of origin from the respective OEM must be enclosed along with the bid. The Bidder is required to submit a structural test report issued by a certified structural engineer or OEM.
