| 1 | Supplying and erecting of 3M height designer decorative post top mounting pole made in combination of galvnizing pipe which is fabricated using 114m dia x 3.0mm thick base section with Minimum height of 600mm, the middle section is of 76mm (+/-3%) dia gi pipe with height of section is more than 1350mm and the remaining section is of 60mm (+/- 3%) dia gi pipe with height of section is more than 1050mm. The complete pole shall be coated with etch primer and further with epoxy zinc phosphate primer & then painted with environmentally stable polyurethane paint (coating thickness - 80 microns minimum). The bottom and middle section of the pole shall be provided with decorative cast Aluminium embellishment to add aesthetic on the pole as shown in the drawing. The brackets shall be a single piece assembly and should be capable of orientation in any direction and secured with stainless steel 304 grade hardware. The pole is to be provided with a surface mounting suitable base plate dia of 350mm and suitable thickness as per IS standards and structural reports. Decorative ring between base pole and bracket is made of cast Aluminium material. The decorative bottom most base is made of single piece cast aluminium material with 9W 30K foot light with (Ingress protection) IP66 of lamp compartment. (All al casting should not be in 2 parts with any vertical cuts which are then bolted or welded from centre which spoils the aesthetics of the designer decorative pole) with the company / brand logo embossed on it. All dimension is within +/- 5% tolerance. The pole should be provided with an inbuilt junction box to fix Four-way connector and 6A MCB at the bottom - the inbuilt box should have a flush door of suitable size. The decorative pedestal to be mounted on a suitable size steel plate. The mounting plate shall be provided with Elongated holes for alignment of the pole. The suitable size foundation bolt shall be supply along with the pole of EN 8 grade. The manufacturer needs to provide a structural analysis for structural stability of the pole with the relevant IS standards IS 1239/1161/E250 needs to be clearly mentioned. The same needs to be confirmed in form of Test Certificates from the manufacturer. The Manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 from CE certification. | 2 | Supplying and erecting of decorative luminaire made of Spun aluminium body with an effective heat sink design to maintain the operating temperatures at LED junction and other components within permissible limits corresponding to the designated design life. The luminaire shall be provided with highly efficient PC/PMMA lens to provide uniform photometric distribution suitable for typical streetlight application and facilitate minimum glare, with degree of protection as IP66 Lamp Compartment. The luminaire NABL 3rd party report needs to be attached for IP66 and IES file for lighting distribution from goniometer and LM79 Report from 3rd Party NABL. The diffuser shall be Injection Moulded polycarbonate with IK rating of >/=10 (with attached internal IK report from the manufacturer) with a diameter of not less than 285mm and height not less than 86mm to maintain the aesthetics of the product as shown in the drawing. The design of the fixture has to be the same aesthetics as shown in the drawing. The system AC wattage of the luminaire shall be 30-40W (± 10%) with MCPCB of not less than 1.6 mm thickness and Cu of 35 microns and 2.5 thermal conductivity for fixture. Colour temperature (CCT) of 3000K, colour rendering index CRI >/= 70 and residual flux of 70% (L70) @ 50,000 hours at Ta of 25°C. The luminaire shall be suitable for operating within temperature range from - 10°C to + 40°C. The LED used should be high power LEDs (Make- Osram/bridgelux/nichia/cree/Lumiled) with Macadam |
| 3 | Supplying and erecting of Decorative desing bollard of 0.6mtr Height Decorative Bollard made of steel pipe which is fabricated using 114m dia x 3.0mm thick. The luminaire should be with High Pressure Die- Cast Thermal Management for longer life of the LEDs and the IP65 optical compartment. The diffuser shall be Optical grade clear PC / PMMA pipe. The system AC wattage of the luminaire shall be 9W (± 10%), colour rendering index CRI >/= 70 and residual flux of 70% (L70) @ 50,000 hours at Ta of 25°C. Colour temperature (CCT) of 3000K. The luminaire shall be suitable for operating within temperature range from - 10°C to + 40°C. The light source should be (Make- Osram/bridgelux/nichia/cree/Lumiled) with Macadam 155mm & height is >120mm. All dimension is within +/- 5% tolerance. The base plate shall be hot dip galvanized. The mounting plate shall be provided with Round holes for alignment of the bollard. Overall outer dimensions of Bollard shall be Ø130mm (±3%) and 600mm (±3%) Height and the shape shall be as per the sketch attached herewith.
