Cleaning existing black topped surface including removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, seeeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dustong with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc complete asper direction of Engineer charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and layign semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of apecified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostic pave finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and aligjment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H specificationf or road and bridge works (4th revision) etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
