Removing the existing heating elements, Pyroblock insulation, repairing the damages of the shell including fabrication and welding of plates, repainting of the furnace, Installing new Pyroblocks , Insulation Hfk & Cfk bricks at top and bottom of the furnace, terminal rods ,heating elements, all other accessories such as heater element hooks, fixing bolts , insulators for the terminal bolts etc. The materials required for the repairing of furnace shell shall be supplied by KMML.
