| 1 | Excavation of earth pits of size 0.3x0.3x0.4m in all kinds of soil for fixing MS angle fencing postsat 2m intervals, true to line and level.The posts shall be embedded in cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1:cement,2:coarse sand,4:graded stone aggregate). The work includes excavation of earth pits, placing and alligning the posts,concreting, curing and disposal of excavated earth within a lead of 5 km,as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 2 | Levelling the existing ground including removing vegetation and undulation not exceeding 30cm deep, consolidating the levelled surface in layers not exceeding 25 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling, each layer with roller or wooden /steel rammers that a gradual slope is maintained after consolidation to one side of the area for drainage etc. complete. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost and conveyance of all labours, materials, equipments, other incidentals etc. complete and disposal of rubbish and vegetation to the designated dumping area within 5Km as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finish in sub base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and laying in the ready mix concrete (RMC) of M20 grade using maximum aggregate size of 20mm for the surface bed above WMM layer, with a thickness of 15cm (surface shall be finished smooth & level) manufacured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to the site of work in transit mixer for all leads in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer to site of laying including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of cement, labour for laying, consolidating by vibration, curing for 28 days, cost of admixtures in reccomended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge . Rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of tools, machineries, equipments etc. complete. |
| 5 | Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including strightening,cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing G.I chain link fabric fencing made of GI wire of dia 4mm of required width with mesh size 50x50mm including strenghthening with 2mm dia wire nuts,bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge |
| 7 | Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or with out connecting plate, including cutting,hoisting, for chain link fabric fencing.The mesh shall be fixed at intervals of 2m c/c onto MS Angle 65*65*8mm which will be embedded into the concrete (concrete will be pay separately), with an MS Flat bar 32*6mm positioned over the mesh and securely fastened to the angle using nuts&bolts at uniform intervals.Rate shall be inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and applying priming coat of approved epoxy paint other incidentals etc complete. as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 8 | Supplying & fabrication of Sliding gate (6m x 1.8m) link fabric fencing mesh of size 50x50mm made of GI wire net of dia 4mm.The fencing mesh to be welded on the structural outer frame (RHS 60x40x3.2mm), provided with 5/8\\" MS aldrop for locking. The mesh panel shall slide over MS angle (50x50x6mm) which will be embedded into the concrete (concrete will be pay separately). An 8mm SS Round bar shall be fixed on the top of the MS angle to facilititate the smooth movement of the 2\\" SS U groove sliding gate wheels with exterior brackets , guided by sliding gate guide roller with upper bracket and bearing set , supported by vertical posts (SHS 80x80x3.2mm) to ensure smooth and stable movement.
