Placing it in an oven to remove any moisture or leaks, installing all components and creating primary and secondary connections. After dehydration, the old transformer oil is filled into the oil chamber and charging the transformer in the workshop. Fitting the top cover following through repairs and testing at the workshop (63 to 300 KVA). |
| 22 | Following assembly the LT Power Transformer, loading it into mechanical conveyance with the aid of a crane or skilled personnel using tools and tackles and transport to the work site in a range of beyond 20 Km. Mounting the transformer on poles or platforms with the assistance of a crane/ professional manpower, utilizing tools and tackles. Making of HT and LT connections, and charging the transformer for 6-8 hours and testing the system on full load at site. |
