| 2 | Carrying out periodical servicing/maint of 160 KVA DG set 02 Nos Make : 'Cumins ' including 'B' check as per manufacturers mannual through authorised dealer i.e. M/s Cumins and testing of DG set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) All material/spares parts required for carrying out above maintenance/servicing shall be measured and paid separetely as 'Supply only' items as mentioned below and shall be as per make-Cummins. Labour element required for replacing the spares parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of DG sets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against this item. (ii)The Contractor will entered into AMC with authorised dealer of M/s Cumins and will submit the agreement within one week of receipt of work order.(iii)The following Checks/works will be covered in AMC.(a) B&C Checks as per maintenance norms (e) Checking for proper functioning of sensors, safty controls.(c) Checking of lub oil pressure.(d) Checking of exhaust leakage,adjustment of fan and water pump belt tension, condition of Hose and clamps, fuel tank breather and fuel indicators,battery for sulphocation,self starter,Instrument on dash board,wiring system.(e) Scheduled/Preventive maint visit of authorised dealer representative.(f) Attending of breakdown call when required and dignosis of faults.(g) Maintaning of record log book for visits made,work carried out, updation of next preventive maint checks(h) Labour Charge for Replacement of engine oil,fuel filters,oil filters,coolant top up.(j) Contractor will arrange one visits per month of authorised dealer represtative/technician.(iv) RAR payment for item No 1 will only be released after submission of AMC document for both DG Sets. |

| 11 | Repair/ servicing of radiator assembly complete for 160 KVA DG set by cleaning cooling water spaces and replacement of unserviceable rubber hose, pipes, circlip, clamps, cleaning of radiator with appropriate cleaning agent, de-scaling by means of scale solvent as well as neutralizing agent to arrest leakages by means of brazing etc through authorised dealer all as specified and directed :- Note: (i)These servicing includes necessary replacement of gaskets, sealing rings, cleaning agents etc all as directed by Engineer in Charge.(ii)coolant will be measured and paid separately. |
| 12 | M&L for servicing of self starter assembly of DG sets 24 volts of capacities 160 KVA DG set by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling, cleaning all accessories, replacing worn-out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, contact plates,bentex, jumping levels etc and rewinding the unserviceable field coil and varnishing through authorised dealer all as specified and directed. |
