Providing and laying 40 mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer using precoated aggregates of grading as per Table 500-17 and satisfying physical requirements of Table 500-16 of MoRTH Specifications for Road and Bridge Works, mixed with 5.4% VG-10 grade bitumen by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of total mix as filler, laid with paver finisher and compacted to the required density, complete in all respects as per Clause 504 of MoRTH Specifications.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick compacted Bituminous Macadam (BM) layer using precoated aggregates conforming to grading and physical requirements as per Tables 500-6 and 500-7 of MoRTH Specifications for Road and Bridge Works, mixed with 3.4% VG-10 grade bitumen by weight of total mix, laid and compacted to the specified density for correction works, complete in all respects as per Clause 505 of MoRTH Specifications.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion with mechanical pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared and cleaned bituminous or granular surface, complete in all respects as per Clause 503 of MoRTH Specifications.

Providing and laying road marking with 2.5 mm thick thermoplastic paint conforming to Clause 803 of MoRTH Specifications, including surface preparation and application by fully automatic thermoplastic applicator machine, complete in all respects.

Berm filling well compacted with earth material of proper specifications

Road delineators (900 mm) (road way indicators, hazard markers object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and drawings all complete as per clause 806 of MoRTH specification (01 No every 20 mtr on valley side)
