Consultancy services for preparation and submission of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for PROVN OF OTM ACCN AT CERTAIN UNIT UNDER GE(SOUTH) MAMUN complete all as specified and directed including following brief scope of work as elaborated below under Srl Item No 1.01 to 1.06 here-in-after:-

Carrying out detailed topographical /contour survey plan including the Marking of contours at every 3 mtrs of intervals on site etc and all ground visible features like building, roads, Nallas rivers and other similar permanent features over the different location/areas complete in all respect. The survey to be done by using Electronic Total Station digital instrument or by drone. Preparation of survey drawing and calculation of survey/plot area with traingulation method on computer using Auto CAD or other suitable software including supply of CDs and three sets of drawing of appropriate size, preferably on A-1 size complete as per terms and conditions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Consultancy of project reports containing the architecture consultancy, architectural plans, conceptual drawings such as sketch, P&Q sketch of OTM accomodation including unit plan 2D and 3D render of major bldgs and master plan 3D bird view including walkthrough of Master Plan of pockets Nos (A to N as per Srl page No 45 of tender documents) as per scaling A2 size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Layout of all external services such as Roads and pavements, culverts, Area drainage with OG drains with covers, design and layout of sewage network with manholes and connection to existing sewer and external water supply and electric supply as per scale in A-2 size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pocket wise estimation and design of external electric supply load calculation as per latest scale of accomodation and submit the design details with marked in different colour in A-2 size drawing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pocket wise estimation and design of external water supply as per latest scale of accomodation and submit the design details with marked in different colour in A-2 size drawing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of complete estimation project like complete buildings, road, path, culvert, area drainage, sewage system including all internal & external services of B/R & E/M portion BOQ based on SSR-2020 (AT PAR) and market quotation and submission of report-06 copies (Hard copy) and soft copy in 3xCDs of all documents complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
