| 4 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete removal of debris outside MD land all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Demolition of Brick work or PCC solid block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Material and labour, for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 40 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Material and labour for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed. . |
| 9 | Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 100mm thick 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary formwork, and complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for 50mm dia unplasticized PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches, weep holes, etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Material and labour for loosing filling of aggregates of gauge 40 mm as in weep holes all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Supply and fix in repairs DTGM / Sign boards with 6 mm thick polymer based form sheet struck with a layer of 100 micron thick self adhesive retro reflector (high internsity micro primatic grade type IV), Make - 3 M or technocommercial approved make in MES. |
| 15 | Removing existing RCC cover slabs on drains, of any size and re-fixing the same in position and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Mode of measurement shall be Centre line of drain. |
| 16 | De-silting of open drains not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in loose soil, removing the same to a distance of 1.5 km and not exceeding 5 km, and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | Grass cutting on shoulder of the Runway (02/20 & 08/26), taxi tracks, over run area and adjacent areas as necessary including cleaning away all grass, vegetation sapling, shrubs, bush weed, undergrowth, roots, trees not exceeding 20 cm girth and removing rubbish etc., complete to a distance of exceeding 1 KM but not exceeding 1.5 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.Note: - i) The scope of work is to be carried out near Runway which is a Restricted Area. The contractor will be permitted to execute works within time schedule permitted depending on flying Schedule of the Controlling Authorities. As such, Contractor claim of handing over site in piecemeal at later stages will not be acceptable.ii) Whenever Controlling Authorities permit to carryout works catered in Scope of Tender, the Contractor shall mobilize required Tools & Plants, Material and Labour and execute the works required as per requirement within the time frame, failing which penalty of Rs. 5000/- per activity of works will be imposed and deducted from RAR / Final Bill which ever is claimed earlier.iii) Cutting and trimming of grass above GL shall be carried out using mechanical grass cutter machine with operator and manual labour as per requirement of AF Station autoritiesiv) Minimum 4 Nos of heavy duty petrol bush cutter (Grass cutting mahine) having minimum daily output of 5000 sqm grass cutting per day is required alongth operator) complete.
