M&L for cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions of 15 mm dia with all fittings if necessarily done in position without taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15 mm bore bib tap chromium plated, fancy type cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15 mm bore stop valve / angle valve fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions including CP nipple and socket complete all as specified and directed.

M & L concealed sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.00 sqmm main wire along with 1 run of 4.00 sqmm earth wire (green in colour) single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, 1100 volts grade ISI marked copper conductor cable, drawn through and including adequate size rigid non-metallic PVC conduit (medium grade) with all fittings & accessories including cutting chases for conduits as required, sinking for terminal boxes, making good the disturbed surfaces including finishes to match with adjacent surfaces complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- Two runs of main copper conductor, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
