Recapitalisation/Reconditioning of 400 KVA Automatic Voltage Servo Stabilizer installed at Abhinav Theatre Jammu by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing cable connections, loading/lifting of servo stabilizer on the pick up vehicle by employing the hydra crane, moving of the same to workshop and then unloading of the same in the workshop premises with the help of hydra crane. Job includes dismantling and opening of 400 Kva servo stabilizer by skilled labour unfastening nuts bolts of top cover there by extracting out the field coils/legs along with core and removing of damaged/worn-out parts, Providing and fitting of Dimmer coil-02 nos, Auto Control Cards-03 nos, Digital Display Servo Card- 03 nos in place of damaged ones, P/F of Servo motor- 03 nos, buck-boost Transformer-02 nos, reconditioning of copper wounded Main coil-03 nos. P/F of phase indicators, voltmeter & amperemeter along with selector switch as per requirement. Chemical Earthing as per standards. Lubrication of all the gear of servo motor, servicing of oil chamber by checking of leakages. Assembling of stabilizer, filling it with old transformer oil after giving it proper heat treatment and topping it with fresh transformer oil 300 ltrs up to the required recommended level so that all coils are fully immersed in the oil, making connections of voltage stabilizer input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes red oxide coating and denting/painting, welding on the container, providing and fitting of HT/LT thimbles as per site requirement after proper crimpling and insulation to the cable end terminals. Job also includes reassembling of the whole unit by skilled labour charging the stabilizer on no load and then testing the stabilizer on full load. Shifting back of the Servo Stabilizer on pick up vehicle with the help of hydra crane to the abhinav theatre and unloading of the same with the help of hydra crane, reconnecting of the same to the HT Transformer, stabilizing of all incoming and outgoing connections with the circuit and testing on full load by skilled labour. Complete job comprises of cost of material and labour charges, tools and tackles, transportation charges and other unforeseen material for execution of job and taxes thereof including rebate on old wornout parts.
