Repair/maint of vehicles - Tata 207/Tata Xenon ( Srl item No. 1 to 38) :Once in a month for 11 Months by (a) Cleaning the vehicle from outside with the help of Soap/Car shampoo /Car washing detergent completely by removing dust and dirt from under side of the vehicle also, checking of Engine lubricating oil, Coolant, brake oil for condition/ Level, Water for wiper for level and other accessories fluid and top up them as required/ specified by Manufacturer . (b) Cleaning the vehicle from inside with the help of vacuum cleaner, removing dirt and dust completely, cleaning of dash board with the help of suitable mild cleaning agent for car, dry cleaning of roof/seat cover/mats and polishing. (c) Cleaning of radiator of vehicle and checking its proper functioning (Cooling Effectiveness), (d) Checking of brake efficiency of the vehicle and do minor repair if required. (e) Check the battery and clean the battery terminals, check the voltage across the terminals - if less then charge it to the specified voltage, Check the specific gravity of electrolyte, ensure proper tightness of battery lugs and top up battery cells with distilled water to the specified electrolyte level. (f) Check the vehicle fuse box and replace blown off fuses with its correct rating after rectifying the corresponding defect. Do suitable oiling and greasing. (g) Check for noiseless gear shifting, Smooth engagement of gears(h) Check for leakages of coolant, Engine lubricating oil and brake oil etc. (This should be done regularly in Daily Inspection also)Check functioning of wiper, indicators, brake light, head lights, and all electrical work like wiring and testing of all lights and bulbs complete.(j) Ensure correct tyre pressure in all wheels including spare wheel and all as specified and directed (This should be done regularly in Daily Inspection also).Note: (i) Above mentioned cleaning & checking (a) to (h) each vehicle one time in one month shall be considered in one job including srl (j) for each vehicle regularly on daily basis per month.

Repair/maint of vehicles - Motor cycle-Royal Enfield : Once in a month for 11 Months by(a) cleaning the vehicle from outside with the help of suitable soap/shampoo/washing detergent completely by removing dust and dirt from the vehicle, (b) Checking the condition and level of lubricating oil, brake oil (if required) and other accessories and top up it if required. Checking of brake of the vehicle and do minor repair if required.do suitable oiling and greasing. (c) Checking of Clutch and accelerator, Chain & sprocket, indicators, brake light, Front head light and testing of all lights and bulbs,(d) Repair of puncture if any, complete all as specified and directed Note: Above mentioned cleaning& checking (a) to (c) per each vehicle per one time per one month and srl (d) per one month period shall be considered as one job
