(A) Preparation and submission of self sufficient Structural Designs & Drgs for including Structural details, Structural notes conforming to latest standards IS-456, IS-800, IS-875, IS-816, IS-1893, IS-2062, IS-4326, IS-13920 and any other latest and relevant Indian Standard of the building as per the Arch Drgs. The description of buildings, swimming pool, sump and balancing tank etc are as under and as specified in tender documents. The parameters for Structural Design are as under:-(i) Changing Room -75 Sqm(ii) Store Room - 15 Sqm(iii) Sanitary Annexe (a) WCs 4 Nos @ 2 Sqm each=8 Sqm. (b) WHB 4 Nos @ 1 Sqm each=4 Sqm (c) Urinals 4 Nos @ 1 Sqm each=4 Sqm (d) Shower and footbath 07 Nos @ 3 Sqm each=21 Sqm(iv) Total area (i) to (iii)=127 Sqm Plus 85% PACF= 234.95 SQM(v) Space Area for swimming pool and others:- Size @ 41.19 x 33.50 M = 1379.86 Sqm Say 1380.00 sqmtr . S&F Pre-coated MS structure with coloured coated galvalume sheet 0.50 mm thick including necessary excavation , earthwork, foundation etc all complete as per arch drg and specified - 1380 Sqm(vi) Plant Room - 170 Sqm (vii) Plant room for CHS/HVAC -- 200 Sqm(viii) Swimming Pool size 25 mtr x 13.5 mtr and comprising of following:- (aa) Side walk :- (a) At either 5 mtr wide (b) At either 2.5 mtr wide (ab) Diving Board :- (a) Spring board at 01 mtr - 01 Nos (b) Spring board at 03 mtr - 01 Nos (ac) Cascade (ad) Porch , Entrance Lobby (ae) Balancing Tank (100000 Ltr Cap) (ix) UG Sump 50000 Gallon Cap - 01 No

SOIL INVESTIGATION :-(B) Mobilization of necessary equipment & manpower at site of work to carry out plate load test at a depth of 2 mtr , 3.5 mtr (for swimming pool) , 5 mtr (for diving area for swimming pool ), 4.0 mtr for (balancing tank) for determination of 'K' value (Moduless of subgrade reaction) of soil in the field in accordance to IS 9214-1979, complete in all respect as specified & directed with & including floowing operations :- (a) Digging out pit of desired size & depth . (b) Placing & arranging the load platform, loading & unloading platform by sand bags of any other approved weights, as per requirement & recording the settlement data with 3 Nos of dial gauge in horizontal plain placed at 120 degree , using hydraulic jack providing ring & dial gauge of least count 0.002 mm & submission of report in sextuplicate determing modulus of subgrade reaction 'K' value .

(C) Prepration, submission and finalization of Detailed Estimates , Yardsticks and Market rate analysis (on prescribed format for the same used in MES) for buildings, swimming pool and services based on drawings prepared and approved as per para 1 to 1.20 above. The estimates shall be based on rates given in SSR 2020 Part-II, if rate of any Item is not availaible in SSR 2020 Part-II the same should be applied based on Market rate of the Item reduced/enhanced to SSR 2020 level by applying market variation percentage as per percentage over SSR for the relevent quarter circulated by HQ CE 31 Zone. All these documents can be obtained from the office of CE31 Zone on any working Day.The above mentioned documents shall be prepared in consultation/supervision of Contract section officers of HQ CE 31 Zone (E-8 Section ) and will have to approved by Accepting Officer before Finalization.
