| 17 | S&F in repair Punched type concertina coil, 1A with wire spiral of 50 turns having a core wire high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength and a low carbon steel strip of 19mm wide 0.5mm thick having series of sharp barbs punched all along the core wire dia of coil when opended to 15mtrs with height of 915 + 50mm tolerance with weight of one coil not less than 15.20 kg (+/-) 5% nominal dia of uncoated wire shall be 2.60mm with permissible variation of (+/-)0.035mm, minimum tensile strength of wire 167N/mm2 as per IS 1608,minimum torsion shall be 22 as per IS 1717 and weight of Zinc coating 230 g/mm2. The concertina coil straining and fixing over barbed wire supported with Y angle including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc, all as specified and directed.
