SCOPE OF WORK:• Detailed site survey of existing infrastructure and facilities for beautification of 242 Kalighat Road surrounding area considering ground area of 40000 Sq Ft (Approx).• Preparation of Concept Plan, Master Plan for rearrangement of exiting KMC Building and optimization of existing facilities and utilities and also imposing of new facilities related with up-gradation of Kalighat Temple Complex.• Planning of additional public amenities (Parking, toilets, drinking water facilities etc.) and pilgrim facilities.• Preparation of Detailed Structural drawings. The bidder being a design consultant should consider all other requirements in connection with the proposed construction like provision of basement Car parking, gardening, U.G water reservoir, fire fighting arrangements etc.• Preparation of CONCEPT PLAN for the new facilities as well as up-gradation/ Modification of existing facilities.
