Colour washing with ELLA with a coat of white wash priming including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly.(a) Two coats (to be done on specific instruction)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quantity and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly complete as per manufacture's specification and as per direction of the EIC.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality as per manufacture's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of materials, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer.In Ground floor. a. Normal Acrylic Emulsion.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Paintaing with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.including using of approved pulfy etc.on the surface .if necessary (b) on steel or other metal surface.(iv) two coats (with any shade except white) page 163 item no.8
