The plant shall include the complete civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation components including on-line Continuous Effluent monitoring system (OCEMS) for Treated effluent at the site and shall ensure that the discharge standards as per design parameters are met as per proposed technology (all Civil, E&M and Instrumentation Components) including DG Set, electromagnetic flow meters (at Inlet &outlet), Servo Voltage stabilizer (AVR) of required capacities and scope of work and design shall be based on sound engineering and prevalent norms. All necessary infrastructure connected with STP shall have to be got designed and vetted from reputed Government Institute viz IIT Jammu /NIT Srinagar/Govt Engg College Jammu. The scope shall also include all taxes, lift and leads complete. STP will have SCADA system so that whole plant can be operated from control room & linked to all IPS at one point and all relevant information is available in control room at any given point. etc complete item of work as per standard specification &tender.
