| 1 | Drilling/Boring of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125 mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I & II) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost of shifting of drilling machine, loading, unloading of accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer. |

| 3 | Supply, Providing, Fitting, assembling in vertical position in above drilled bore of Mild Steel plain and bevelled ended 125 mm dia (Class B) as per IS 4270 casing pipes and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet, up to the drilled/desired depth. The whole casing pipe is inclusive of slotted pipe/flushed, which is to be used as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The pipe shall be lowered up to the desired level BGL. The average length of each pipe shall not exceed 3.00 Mts. The welding electrodes used for welding the pipe shall conform to relevant IS codes. The specifications of the tube well shall be as per IS 2800 Part I & II. |
| 4 | Providing and laying of cement concrete block of size 4’ x 4’ and 1 feet deep in a mix of 1:3:6 to adequate the strength to act as sanitary block for the well. The block comprises mud mat of 4 inch height and then laying of 8 inch cement concrete, and providing and laying of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of shuttering, strutting, centring, curing etc. is included in the scope of work. |
| 5 | Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of INDIA Mark II deep well hand pump assembly comprising of cylinder, head, handle assembly, front cover, handle, axle, washers, nuts/bolts. |
