| 1 | Supply istallation testing and comm. of LED street light Luminaire having housing made of pressure die cast aluminium alloy (ADC12/LM6). The system wattage shall be 120W( & the luminaire shall deliver system lumens ≥ 16000lumens. The system efficacy of the luminaire shall be ≥140lm/w. The LEDs used in the luminaire shall be from either Lumileds, Osram, Nichia, APT Electronics and CREE make, shall have CCT of 5700°K, CR≥70, SDCM≤5, Life of 50000Hrs @ L70B50. The luminaire shall have IP rating of IP66 & IK rating of IK07. The luminaire shall have lens made of polycarbonate & optical cover made of toughened glass. The LED driver shall have operating voltage range of 140V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @ full load, THD≤ 10% @ full load, In-built surge protection of 4KV, HV Cut off @ 325V (±15V). The luminaire shall have 10KV SPD in-built inside the luminaire. The maximum dimensions of the luminaire shall be, L: 503M, Depth: 89MM at fins & height without cradle: 248MM. The nominal weight of the luminaire shall be maximum 7KGs. The luminaire driver & it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer/Lighting Company as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322, \\"FAT\\" before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer before supply of material for approval. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver. Similar to above specs in Philips , LT & Ligman., wipro/ equivalent make ( sample to be approved before installation) |
