Dismantling CC/RCC works including separately removing & stacking available reinforcement & clearing away the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Reinforced Cement Concrete work in 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )work at all levels, excluding cost of centering, shuttering , finishing and reinforcement & including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and curabillty as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, proping etc. and removal of form for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls .

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels, including cost of cement..

Steel reinforcements for RCC works with MS / Tor steel rods including all charges for conveying, straightening/uncoiling, cutting, bending, placing rods in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Collecting ,conveying and Disposal of building rubbish / debris / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual/ mechanical means,including loading,transporting, unloading to approved areas for filling,spreading in layers as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries/from stack) - For an average lead of 2 KM.
