Removal, supply and application of inhibited lightly resin bonded machine-laid rock wool (loose wool) having density 128 kg/m³, fully and tightly packed in the 12-E2,12E3,14E1 heat exchanger area, complete in all respects.The material shall conform to IS: 8183. The job shall include removal of existing insulation , cleaning of the surface, and application of two coats of approved painting before insulation.The work shall further include aluminium sheet cladding, fixed and finished properly with all necessary accessories, fasteners, overlaps, sealing, and supports, as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal, supply, and application of cast-in-situ (injection method) polyurethane foam insulation having a density of 48 ± 2 kg/m³, applied to the required thickness for equipment insulation as specified.The material shall conform to IS: 13205. The thickness of the insulation shall be as indicated for 12E1 and 12E4 heat exchangers.The work shall include all surface preparation, removal of existing insulation (if any), and proper curing of the applied foam. The insulation shall be clad with aluminium sheets, properly fixed and finished with necessary overlaps, sealing, and supports, as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
