Providing and fixing at site exterior grade fire-retardant UV resistant Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) screens of approved design and shade, other than blue and green with wall thickness 3.5mm (±0.5mm). The material casting shall take place in controlled production environment using customized UV resistant Isophthalic Polyester resin with UV resistant Isophthalic Polyester Gelcoat. The material casting using thermoset resin systems as mentioned above shall incorporate reinforcement of corrosion resistant E glass chopped strand non-woven mat (CSM) consisting chopped fibres randomly yet evenly distributed, with each mm thickness of FRP screen, one layer of CSM fibre mat. The material shall be homogeneously pigmented with UV resistant exterior grade synthetic inorganic iron oxide mineral pigments. The product’s density shall be 1460 Kg/m³ having tentative weight between 10 to 16 Kg/m². The product shall have a tolerance of temperature variation between - 20 degrees Celsius to 65 degrees Celsius. The product manufactured shall be under following tolerances Thickness ±10%, Dimensional (all directions) ± 1/8”, 0 -10 ft. (3mm in 3m), Thickness ± 1/8” (3mm). The FRP screens to be treated with same shade matt finished enamel in approved shade for the final finished product. The screens are required to be fixed with support structure of Mild Steel hollow sections duly treated with epoxy primer and epoxy paint. The steel structure shall be designed by a Structural Consultant and verified from a reputed and established Government institutions like NIT, IIT etc.The rates are inclusive of GST, transportation to site in Ghudda (Bathinda, Punjab), loading, unloading, necessary civil works for fixing MS frame and subsequent repairs and finishing after fixing the screens, incl. cost of structural designing and vetting from government institution.
