| 1 | Drilling of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by all available mechanical attachments (ODEX/DTH/Air Rotary) and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the site requirement. |
| 2 | P/F of MS 125mm dia pipe and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet, up to the drilled/desired depth. The casing is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The specifications of the tube well shall be as per IS 4270 : 2001. |
| 3 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 HP Submersible type pump motor assembly with motor control panel. Head and discharge shall be as per site requirement. Make:- Any Reputed make confirming to ISI standards with up to date amendments. The pump unit should be coupled together with steel coupling. The job also includes lowering of pumping unit in the well then proper testing and commissioning of pumping unit on full load at site and providing of Characteristic Curve of pumping equipment is compulsory and is to be duly authenticated by the Division. The Job includes P/F/I/T & C of DOL Starter (Fully Automatic/ dry type) fitted with MCCB/MCB, relays, capacitors, contactors, Ammeter, voltmeter and all other allied accessories suitable for the above Pumping unit specifications for running smoothly. |
| 4 | Providing, fitting and lowering of 32 mm Dia GI Column pipes (Class B) of reputed make (ISI mark) confirming to relevant IS Codes. Each Pipe is to be properly threaded at both the ends and the length of each pipe should not exceed 3 Meters (10 feet). The job includes providing and fitting of GI Sockets for jointing purpose of the pipes. All the tools & tackles including Chain pulley block, Tripod stand, carriage, skilled welder/Labours, helper and all other allied items required for the execution of the complete job are to be arranged by the firm. (The quantity of column pipes shall depend on the drilling depth and SWL of the well) |
| 5 | The job includes Providing and fitting of:-a) 02 No's of MS holding clamps suitable for holding pumping unit to be fabricated out of 8mm thick, 50mm wide & 250 mm long MS Plate in two splits with nuts and bolts.b) Well Cap Cover suitable for 125mm dia MS Casing as per site requirement with nuts and bolts.c) GI fittings of reputed make (ISI mark) as per site requirement: (i) Nipple and reducer 01 No. each as per delivery of pumping unit and column pipe. (ii) 32 mm Dia Brass Check Valve/NRV = 04 No. (iii) 32 mm Dia Brass ball valve = 04 No. (iv) 32 mm Dia GI Bend = 04 No. (v) 32 mm Dia 150mm long GI Nipples = 02 No's. | 7 | P/I/T/C of Oil-type Single-Phase 05 KVA- Automatic Copper Wound Voltage Stabilizer of reputed make confirming to ISI standards, of following Specifications:- Type: - Balanced, Capacity: - 05 KVA. No. of phases: - Single Phase, Frequency = 50±3Hz frequencyOperating conditions:- Input = 70 Volts on Single phase AC Supply Output = 220 Volts Protections = High Voltage Auto-Cut, Time delay = 15 sec Core: - The voltage stabilizer shall be fitted with high permeability core for heat dissipation and the core strips shall be held together firmly as per norms and fitted on bracket of suitable size and thickness. Coils: - Copper wound coils which shall be fabricated out of copper conductor with cotton tapping. The coils shall be wound in copper wire of proper gauge, pitch and grade. | 8 | Providing and Fitting of multi-stranded Submersible copper cable, PVC insulated, internal intermediate sheathed of 2.5 mm Sq. conforming to IS: 694 (Part 1st) – 1964 & IS: 694 (Part 2nd) – 1964 of reputed make(ISI marked) for submersible pumping equipment & for inter connections of electrical gadgets. The job also includes termination of ends of cable with suitable rating of Cu. thimbles duly taped as per site requirement. (Quantity of the cable depends upon the position of submersible motor installed below ground level.) |
| 9 | P/F of 32 Amps insulated Plug & Socket type DB box along with 32 Amps DP MCCB, Insulated Plug etc complete in every respect, of any reputed make confirming to ISI standards (01 complete unit.) The job also includes fabrication, P & F of MS Angle Iron Panel Board of size 3 ft X 3ft. The frame of the panel board is fabricated out of ISA 40 X 40 X 5mm and shall be grouted in M20 cement concrete blocks. The board shall be provided and fitted with 12mm Thick Ply sheet. Job also includes P/F of required nuts and bolts etc, as per site requirement. | 11 | Providing/Laying of Plain Cement Concrete block of size 4ft×4ft×1ft in 1:3:6 mix to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The job includes Providing/laying of PCC edges of 4\\"×4\\" in 1:3:6 mix and P/L of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of stuttering, strutting, centering, curing etc. is included in the scope of work.
