Earth work in surface excavation for base course of foundation to stone flooring not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m etc., complete as directed by site-in-Charge:

Laying of lime concrete in proportion (1:2:4) using 40 mm brick aggregate for base course of foundation to stone flooring including cost of men and material charges, all other applicable charges and taxes to etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Laying new Granite stone flooring with neatly dressed stone of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60 cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) (1 lime: 2 sand :4 brick aggregate of size 40mm) of 100mm thick and pointing the joints with Lime mortar (1:2) and curing etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.
