Complete cleaning/Servicing and maintenance of4 No’s air cooled Chiller Plants installed for Air Conditioning of Library and Auditorium installed at the Terrace of GMC Jammu. The Job includes complete servicing of Chiller Plants by using chemical through Pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing an cleaning of sir filters drainage, line cleaning etc. The job also includes washing of condenser coil using chemical wash so as to remove the accumulated impunities /dirt / blockages. Extracting and fitting of Drier Filter by way of dismantling of old Drier Filter and cleaning it in cleaning agent and fitting it back. Recharging to the Air Cooled AC Chiller plants including allied works by way of testing leakage in the plants by filling Nitrogen gas in the system at a pressure of 1.5 times the operating pressure for 24 hours . First the entire system is tested at low pressure to make sure that there are no leaks and then high pressure is applied to the high side only and tested the system for any leaks. Further the leak is detected by smearing soap/chemical solution all over the joints and pipes and observing the bubble formation. If any leak is detected then its plugged by copper brazing/gas welding method This pressure testing is repeated until there are no more leaks. The system is vaccumised before charging the refrigerant gas for removing air and moisture from the entire system. The system of both the chiller plants is charged with 90 Kg (approx) of R-22 (Refrigerant gas). The job also includes testing of cooling of the AC chiller Plants on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, taxes, skilled labour charges, to and fro charges etc. Complete Job.
