| 5 | SITC of Stand mounted Outdoor feeder pillar box for high mast, made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet (IP-55) with suitable TPN MCB Incomer, time switch, TP contactor for the Automatic switching of Luminaire, power tool control with Contactors and raise lower push button etc. complete as required as per site requirement. The feeder pillar should be such that sufficient space is available for installation, operation & maintenance of the switchgear and termination of cables. |
| 6 | Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast complying the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at required depth with all materials and labour complete etc as required.(Note- Agency is required to perform soil testing from NABL accredited LAB before designing of foundation .No extra payment shall be paid for this. ) |
| 7 | Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, interconnection of all parts, assembling etc. including wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of upt o 2.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour complete etc as required. |
| 8 | Supply & installation of suitable light mounting structure for installation of up to 10 Nos. LED lights for replacement of light mounting structure in the existing high mast including dismantling of the existing light mounting structure & fixing new structure including arrangement for load balancing, replacement of metal rope if required, accessories like nuts, bolts, required fabrication, welding etc. for ensuring proper installation and safety including installation of LED fittings on the structure complete with all connections complete as required. |
| 9 | Supply of outddoor type feeder pillar box of size 0.60 m X 0.75 m X 0.30 m with double door fabricated from 2 mm thick MS steel including TPN Bus bar of 415V, 200 Amp, 50 Hz with suitable equidistant arrangement for connection of 01 I/c and 02 Outgoing cables, cable entry from bottom, arranegment for earth connection, totally enclosed type with free standing floor mounted, dust & vermin proof etc including MS angle support 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm of height minimum 450 mm complete as per site requirement complete as required. |
